The Verkhovna Rada Legal Service considers it appropriate to challenge the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine for invalidation of Order on consent to the prosecution and arrest of the people’s deputy Ihor Mosiichuk.
Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said answering journalists' questions at a press conference on Friday.
"I think this is absolutely just, he said. It is our duty to challenge this decision and defend our case in court."
"I will not be the Parliament Speaker concealing the existing corruption, and this is my principle position," said Groysman.
